1. Payment term:  

• Bulk production: Wireless transfer (T/T) or  L/C at sight 
                                  (Depend on countries and total amount of each order)
• Sample order :  Wireless transfer ( T/T ) or  West union

Please pay all bank charges for payment transfer and make sure the final amount we received is same as proforma invoice.

2. Price terms:  EX work, FOB Shenzhen or C&F

3. Delivery time: 7-10 days for our ready designs,
                         15-20 days for ready designs with customized imprint

4. How can I place order
Please send your purchase order to us by fax or email, and advise below information to us. Then, we will send proforma invoice as acceptance of your order and for your payment arranging. 

• Company information - company name, detail address, contact person, telephone number, fax number
• Shipping details: destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by sea), Forwarder's contact details
• Product information - actual model numbers, quantity, unit price, price terms,
  high resolution artwork of design or logo in PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format (at least 300 dpi).
• Delivery time required
• Method of freight payment (by collect or prepay )

5. About minimum order quantity

• OEM project: 5,000 pcs ~ 50,000pcs per item per order
• Ready designs: 1,000 pcs ~ 5,000 pcs per item per order
  
  Due to the products, please contact us to make sure, usually we do not accept less than our minimum order quantity, except some ready stock on our warehouse. We are manufacturer, we accept trial order sometime, if we have some ready raw material on hand.

6. Quality Policy

• Qaulity standard: CE and FCC
• Quality warranty:3 -12 months, depending on different products 
• Unqualified products: We accept free replacement or re-making unqualified products during quality warranty after received completed inspection Form written by official inspection company by fax or mail and clients agree to prepay freight for re-making or replace goods.

7. How to ask samples :    
    We send free samples to those clients only, who agree to pay freight cost  
     Of samples sending.
